Here's another reason we need to move to southern California - the beach. My parents just got back from Carlsbad and let us know they are practically giving away houses down there. We could get into a new house for only $500,000. Sign me up! 
Rusty found the surfboard placemats and wanted to go surfing at the beach, but he said he needed sunscreen first :)

I didn't realize what a water bug Rusty was until Bear Lake. Maybe he wanted sunscreen so he wouldn't get another burn. J/K

Hey Devon, Long time no talk! How are things? I love checking out your blog and seeing the cute little guy! So, I am wondering how big are these houses that are half a mill? Because if they are a better deal than out here in VA, maybe we will move to Southern California! ;)
It's funny that he remembers sunscreen after one burn. Smart kid! I still forget it half the time. I haven't learned in 31 years so far.
